*Alaska and Hawaii shipments will have higher shipping charges.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless:

1. The item(s) is(are) discontinued, or
2. The items are no longer available in your choice of size and color,
3. If Bella Sposa Bridal and Prom is unable to ship the item(s) before your event date (In which case your order will be rejected).

 Should your item not be available, our systems will email you or call you and alert you as soon as it is given notice. Normally this takes place within 24 hours of your order.

• If you paid with credit card, no worries, your credit card is not charged until we are sure your item is available.
• If you paid with Paypal, we will refund your money within 24 hours through Paypal.
• We are not responsible for any bank delays that may be related to your form of payment and will try and refund/process your order as soon as possible through our system.

Payment methods are strict for the safety of the customer and store. We require you to have one of the following methods of payment to make a purchase from Bella Sposa Bridal & Prom. These payments include: 

1. Cash (in-store)
2. American Express
3. MasterCard
4. Visa
5. Paypal

For customer security we require shipping and billing addresses to be the same in all cases, should they be different we must require the following to be emailed to us;

1. a copy or your photo identification, (Ex. State or National ID, Passport), and
2. a copy of a bill from the billing location (Electric Bill, etc), and
3. a copy of your credit card, front and back

 Our systems have the ability to detect fraudulent purchases and therefore may require you to contact us and send us the following information;

1. a copy or your photo identification, (Ex. State or National ID, Passport), and
2. a copy of a bill from the billing location (Electric Bill, etc), and
3. a copy of your credit card, front and back

 We are not responsible for pricing errors on our webpage.

All products featured at Bella Sposa Bridal & Prom are 100% Authentic from the designers. They are not fakes or replicas of the chosen designers.

Remember to keep your self safe when purchasing on line.  If the price seems too good to be true:  It probably is.
