Not all gowns shown on our site are availble to purchase on line. This is due to the designer's requirement for No On Line Sales policies. You may order these over the phone or in our salon.
*For Hawaii and Alaska shipments you must have the correct shipping charges added to your order.
Once your order has been placed, it in no way can be cancelled unless:
- The item(s) is(are) discontinued, or
- If Bella Sposa Bridal & Prom is unable to ship the item(s) before your event date.
Should your item not be available, our systems will email you or call you and alert you as soon as it is given notice. Normally this takes place within 24 hours of your order.
- If you paid with credit card, no worries, your credit card is not charged until we are sure your item is available.
- If you paid with Paypal, we will refund your money within 48 hours through Paypal.
- We are not responsible for any bank delays that may be related to your form of payment and will try and refund/process your order as soon as possible through our system.
